According to doctors, the bedroom houseshould be calm and silent. TV or other electronic products should not be in the bedroom. Do not eat a heavy meal before going to bed.
- Bathing can be done with gentle warm water before going to sleep.
- By switching off all lights in the house, you can be read book in mild light before going to bed.
- Make a habit of going to bed at the same time every day. Doctors said that sleep is fulfilled when go to bed between 10 to 11 pm at night.
- Follow and maintain a healthy diet. Eat dinner before an hour of going to bed.
- Usually the body temperature rises during sleep. So the temperature of sleeping room should be kept in cold.
- All electronic equipment namely cell phone, tab etc. keep away before sleeping time.
- Mild exercise or meditation can be done quite a bit before going to bed.
- Coffee, chocolate and tea, and the caffeine-national food wouldn’t be drink after five o'clock in the afternoon before going to bed. However, the milk can be drunk.
- Stay away from all types of drugs.
- Do not eat sleeping pills without a doctor's advice.
- Do not keep things of a pile in the bedroom.
- No sleep is quite good on the day. But you may be resting for a short time if you are very tired.
- Provisionally it is not good for thinking about any worries before going to sleep.
