Waking up!

Wake up at the right time is of course very important. Here are a few tips on helping you get out of bed. Get enough sleep. The drowsy feeling isn't supposed to go away if you are suffering from sleep deprivation. Paying off sleep debt and getting enough sleep is of paramount importance.  The body's clock follows a rhythm. If your rhythm is set properly, you should be able to regularly wake up refreshed without an alarm, or else you'll wake up tired or may sleep through the alarm. Try to go to sleep and get up at about the same time every day.
