Different types of vegetables are available in winter. Cabbage is one of them. Too many people love to eat this vegetable. Various elements of this cabbage increase the immune ability of human body.



Cabbage contains protein, starch, mineral salt, fat, calcium, iron, vitamin B-1, vitamin B-2, vitamin C, and etc elements.
  • Cabbage stronger teeth, gums and muscles and protect the body from runny nose – cough.
  • It contributes to exact eyesight of eye.
  • This vegetable is helpful for formation of bones and teeth of the growing child.
  • Cabbage is better to feed the children. Because of it does not allow them to be nyctalopia.
  • Cabbage is very beneficial for constipation, ulcer, and worms etc problems.
Some days regularly if you eat this vegetable, your disease resistance can be increased.
